About Me

Hello!

Thank you for visiting my little corner of the interweb!  Whenever I start reading a new blog I quite often like to visit the "About Me" so I can get to know the writer, find out what they're about, maybe put a face to a name but generally have a nosey!  So here it is....a bit about me!

1. My name is Rhiannon, its a Welsh name meaning Goddess.  Yes I am Welsh, no I do not speak Welsh....except the compulsory "Rhyd win hoffi coffi" which is all anyone can ever remember from GSCE Welsh!

2. I am a mummy to two amazing little princesses who amaze me and drive me crazy in equal measures every day!  M is ten years old and L is six.  As you would expect, they are my whole world.

  

3. My husband and I have been together a long time and already had the same surname (coincidence, I haven't changed it!) prior to getting married.  I still wanted the wedding and to be a bride though and had the most amazing wedding day! 

4. The other light of my life, apple of my eye etc etc is my one year old Yorkiepoo Ramsey.  He is the cutest most loving pup ever and is literally my shadow.

5. I am OBSESSED food!  If I'm not eating it I'm thinking about it and what I'm making for lunch/dinner/breakfast for the next day/week/month!

6. I dream of living in a cottage, preferably near the sea.  Its a long term dream as I currently live no where near the sea.

7.  I grew up near the sea though, in a sea side town in South Wales and miss the sea every day.

8. Although I loved living near the sea, I don't like swimming in the sea and water and sand is my idea of hell :-/ 

9. I love to bake and although I'm a member of Slimming World, my love of cakes and baking means I give away a lot of cake!

10. I'm a qualified Beauty Therapist but currently my job is Stay at Home Mum and Homemaker which I love more than anything and feel very lucky to be able to do.  Its all I wanted to do as a little girl!

11. I'm an allotment owner and love nothing more than digging, planting and growing my own food with my dad who helps me with the allotment.  Couldn't do without his hard work and expertise!

12. I love animals, we have a dog, a leopard gecko, two cats, two rabbits and tankful of tropical fish!  I'd love to own chickens too but so far, my husband says no :(  Think about how practical that would be!
